Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under UK law.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us after notifying us of your cancellation. To exercise this right, please contact us at nobreltoo@gmail.com before returning any item.

Our Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 14-day returns window from the date you receive your order. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories included
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at nobreltoo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will reply within 1 working day with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days

Return Postage Costs

  • Faulty or incorrect items: We cover all return postage costs
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return postage costs

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we must refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or 14 days after you provide evidence of return.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.

Please email us immediately at nobreltoo@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or are not in original condition
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window (unless faulty)
